Our remanufactured 6.0L Powerstroke injectors start as genuine OE injectors that are fully disassembled and rebuilt using OE equivalent equipment and processes. They come with brand-new stators, electrical connectors, wiring harnesses, springs, and seals, and are backed by a 2-Year, Unlimited Mileage Warranty. These injectors are remanufactured using the most up-to-date versions of components available including upgraded stators with slotted end caps to improve cold-start performance. The control valves and spool valves are precision-matched to minimize oil leakage and maximize horsepower. Intensifier bodies and plungers are also precision-matched to eliminate fuel dilution. They go through rigorous end-of-line testing to verify delivery, leakage, nozzle opening, flow, and needle lift. All external seals are replaced and they are fitted with protective caps and packaging prior to shipment.  Each injector includes all hardware necessary for installation (O-rings, copper crush washers.)
