These are Refurbished & tested 6.7 injectors, that were removed from a running engine. They are cleaned externally in an ultrasonic tank, flushed internally, and the nozzles are reconditioned. Each injector is Individually tested on a state of the art test stand to ensure that they meet OEM specifications. Each test includes a resistance test, system leak test, purge, idle speed test, mid load test, full load test, and static back leak test. Each test cycle checks solenoid response time, back leak flow, and fuel delivery. Guaranteed to be within factory specification.

CUMMINS 5.9/6.7 HIGH PRESSURE FUEL CONNECTOR TUBES

Brand new set of OEM connector tubes with o-rings.  We recommend these be changed when replacing your injectors. Re-using old tubes can lead to leaks, contamination, and premature injector failure.

Refurbished set of high pressure fuel lines. Replacing the fuel lines helps prevent leaks, contamination & premature injector failure.

CUMMINS 5.9/6.7 2006+ VALVE COVER GASKET KIT

Fits Cummins 5.9 2006-2007 & 6.7 2007-Current

(Not compatible with 2003-2005)

Kit includes gasket with injector connectors which plugs directly into the factory harnesses. We recommend these be replaced when installing new injectors to avoid leaks & shorts in the injector harness.
