They are cleaned externally in an ultrasonic tank, flushed internally, and the nozzles are reconditioned. Each injector is Individually tested on a state of the art test stand to ensure that they meet OEM specifications. Each test includes system leak test, purge, idle speed test, mid load test, and full load test. Guaranteed to be within factory specification. Each injector includes all hardware necessary for installation (O-rings, copper crush washers).

7.3 Powerstroke 98-03 VALVE COVER GASKET KIT

Kit includes gasket, injector connectors, and external pigtail connectors. We recommend these be replaced when installing new injectors to avoid leaks & shorts in the injector harness.
