Refurbished & tested LBZ injectors, these were removed from a running engine. They are cleaned externally in an ultrasonic tank, flushed internally, and the nozzles are reconditioned. Each injector is Individually tested on a state of the art test stand to ensure that they meet OEM specifications. Each test includes a resistance test, system leak test, purge, idle speed test, mid load test, full load test, and static back leak test. Each test cycle checks solenoid response time, back leak flow, and fuel delivery. These injectors carry a two-year warranty. Information about warranty policies can be found HERE.

Note About Blemished Set:

These Refurbished & Tested LBZ injectors are Bosch injectors that are reconditioned in-house and have some cosmetic blemishes (including but not limited to scratches, nicks, chips etc).  The cosmetic blemishes do not affect the function of the injectors in any way.

Universal return line kit to service either side.  Replacing the return line during injector installation can prevent contamination issues, and leaks due to cracked or brittle hoses or fittings.  Includes fittings for each injector, o-rings, and a sufficient length of hose to service all 8 injectors.
